The glass was very thin (only 1 mm) thick and it had a very large radius curve  with very tight radius corners.

Bent Glass Curved Glass Light

Replacement bent glass for a new light fixture .We were faced with the challenge of repairing this broken bent flashed glass panel . We were able to make a custom mold from the origanal and successfully bent a new piece and happily ship it back to the costomer.  The cuved glass  was not a true  radius and the glass was white flashed with a forsted ( sand blasted ) texture.          See below for the photos.

Antique Glass Repair Crown Bubble or Bent Glass Picture Repair

We were challenged by the client to fix this priceless Crown Bubble or Bent Glass piece.  We were able to successfully replace broken glass.  We custom made a mold to slump the glass because the unusual shape of the frame.  Bent oval glass is common, however, this octagon shape is very rare.
