Our Repair Process
If you are interested in a quote, the first step is to contact our staff. We can provide a preliminary estimate to you via email or phone (pictures and a detailed description of your project are always appreciated). Please note that we do try to provide as much of an exact preliminary quote.
We then ask our customers to ship us their repair project. We typically recommend shipping via UPS. You can find detailed packing and shipping instructions here.
Once received, we’ll contact you to provide a final quote and timeline for repair completion.
